It’s Truffle time and once again this year we are so excited to be hosting our Truffle Dinner! It’s an elegant evening of good food, good wine and good company!
Our resident head chef Wayne Mountford has dug deep with his Truffle inspired menu to hero this seasonal treasure that makes a winter in Melbourne worth being here for.
Every course is perfectly paired with a Shadowfax wine that has its own unique character and talks to the one who is drinking it.
To begin, your taste buds will dance with Duck Tarts, Four Pillars Gin Cured Salmon and Truffle Arancini.
Your main courses will not slow those taste buds from their waltz, Scallops, Slow Cooked Confit Pork Belly, 1000 Guineas Striploin, all with a delicate Truffle infusion.
For the perfect finish desert is a decadent delight of Dark Chocolate Terrine and Truffle Coffee Ice Cream.
