There is a Truffle Degustation coming to the Mail Exchange Hotel, cooked fresh by our Fun-gi in the kitchen, but hurry there’s not mush-room available…

Using only locally sourced truffles from Yarra Valley Truffles (which found the world’s largest truffle in 2016) and wines from the Chandon Vineyard, diners are guaranteed to enjoy a sumptuously pungent truffle fare.

From truffle vodka Bloody Mary’s to the house made ravioli filled with Yarra Valley cheese and truffle served with a creamy white wine sauce, this is a degustation you won’t want to miss.
